Diabetes

Currently, there are over 34,000,000 people living with diabetes in the USA. That’s over 10% of our general population. Chances are, you or someone you love has diabetes. What’s even more striking, is that there are millions of people that don’t even know they have this disease. Diabetes is primarily a disease of chronic complications that can develop if not properly controlled. How to know if you are in control and having the tools to manage this disease is part of our mission here at EFY.

Let us work together to keep you connected. We are on the front line of clinical care and we want to be a important resource when it comes to questions about the diagnosis, the treatment and the long term issues associated with this challenging but manageable disorder.

Here at Endocrine For You (EFY), we want to connect with those who have diabetes. It is our passion and our mission in what we do, everyday. Those with diabetes, do not have days off, so either do we when it comes to providing the resources and the information that you need to stay up to date and properly manage your diabetes. There are many available online and video resources outside of your primary clinical team that manages your diabetes. What makes us unique is the fact that we are on the FRONTLINE everyday seeing patients face to face. We know what you are going through and we want to share what we have learned in over 20 years of boots on the ground management and long term follow up. We are not a replacement for your primary care of specialty endocrine/diabetes care locally but a valuable resource that enhances what is happening at your local provider visits

Our approach to connecting with you is straightforward and simple: provide you the patient, with the tools you need to take control of this disease. Your toolbox has a number of important items including the latest in science and research, technology and clinical resources to keep you one step ahead of this disease called diabetes. Type 1, type 2 or any other glucose-related disease is our specialty. We specialize in providing clinical support in the form of “video brochures” (videochures) that help you understand and feel more confident in regards to managing your diabetes. We are trained in managing patients 16 years and older and provide the needed information that can help you succeed in your goals whatever they may be: avoiding complications, getting your A1C or time in range optimized or just getting a new perspective on your current problems. We look forward to developing a long-term relationship with you as we journey together at Endocrine for You (
